Snapper - dont really get why CS need balls? They not really goin to be underwriting much anyway presuming most large holders looking are for NASDAQ upside and dont sell into tender. And they probably clip 1-2% of mkt cap in fees on the way through...

Way i see it is TZ have a revolutionary technology (if you dont believe this why own the stock). Management arent idiots, for them to be talking a $25 Nasdaq list price they know they will need a firm order book of around 100m p.a with even greater projected revenues from specific avenues of growth.

As 3H says, quarterly will be very interesting. Cash burn from increased staff and firm numbers behind the PO's already announced. Im looking forward to Takata numbers most of all. Takata make 1.5bn annually from seatbelts, if intevia is incorporated into their production it could mean really big numbers. Its a bit early to say yet, but to put it in perspective, from visteon alone TZ is looking at potential revenues of 25-45m for one little glove box latch....

anyhoo you've all heard it all before... lets wait and see.
