    Around 112/bbl, slim profits after expenses start for Chinese refiners to import Oil going on a 3-2-1 Oil:Gasoline:Heating Oil spread, with Heating Oil say around 10% higher than Gasoline, with Gasoline there set at ~75c/liter.
