I've seen it done first hand on another stock: big selling at a certain price only to find out a placement to sophisticated investors had already been arranged at a lower price. You can bet your left nut (boob if a girl) the sellers were one and the same. Unfortunately this crap goes on but it's nigh on impossible to prove. You just have to recognize the signs and the big sell off on the resource upgrade was it imo. Then again I could be wrong..................but I doubt it.
