The ASX can do nothing else.. they have asked questions of GMV , GMV said they will reply to the questions today , GMV did not reply , so ASX had to suspend them.
All this is a major concern , but worse is that all GMV had to do was tell the ASX they needed more time to respond and they could have gotten an extension to the suspension , which while is a bad look , no were as bad as this.
The fact that GMV did not bother to ask for an extension , probably means GMV could not answer the questions anyway and this is a fatal blow imo.
