Hmmm. That would suggest a lot of things that just don't add up for a large-scale commercial transaction. It would require that Bellamy's is outright lying (and hoping not to be found out), or that Mengniu hasn't done its due diligence, both of which seem unlikely given the length of time, amount of detail and legalities involved in preparing the Scheme Agreement.
