Yes, and that is another thing.
This women said to me that I should have got this and I should have got that, but I told her that we cannot blame the postal services for all the mail that we dont' get. Maybe we should blame ZFX and/or their agents, who don't do their jobs properly.
After all, we may loose one letter, but not all of them.
