I think you are looking at what is very possibly the likely scenario there Bobby, because I haven't had time to look at it yet but I'm not sure if they can do that much equity at the moment (and I'm on the hop at the moment but will look at that later), and perhaps the recent VMS talk has made the ARS story a touch more compelling.
$30m is alot for ARS, but not so significant for a larger player.
