I can remember this happening with GXY because of this exact same thing. The difference Is it happened to Galaxy when they were delivering the goods.
One positive from this all that it has come before we're in full production. Not to say it can't happen again. but selling 10% at one enabling all this to float around is a rare occasion. it happening now is not really that bad compared to what could happen.
