Perhaps someone can double check this, but i believe we cant take a capital loss until such time that the new Entity is readmitted to the ASX and you sell your shares that were consolidated down 100:1. We got royally ripped with this transaction.
Wouldve preferred a clean liquidation of the Company, we wouldve been able to use the capital loss in the tax year just passed. Now anyone's guess how long it might be.
