You guys really need to check some facts.

The EU has about the same Trade Surplus with the US as does China. Yup, check it out. In fact, on a per capita basis, the EU Trade Surplus is actually larger than the Chinese Trade Surplus.

In fact, most nations on this planet have a trade surplus with the US. Go on, go check it out - the fact is; the 30 largest trading nations on this planet has a combined trade surplus with the US of almost USD $700B.

Its Not the fault of the world that the US is not as competitive. There comes a time when you have to look at reality.

Now, unlike the US, we (Australia) have a $50B trade surplus with China. So does Germany (higher than Aust) and the same with most countries in Africa.

The problem with the US (under Trump), is instead of undertaking reforms and investing in infrastructures (instead of war machines), it is blaming the world and using a big stick - like the way it coerced Mexico and Canada into a new NAFTA agreement.

Well, it might work with Mexico and Canada. But it doesn't work with economies about the same size as the US (EU and China).
