Yeah, I'm voting in favour as well. This thing has been dragging on for many years now, as things are apparently much harder than they seem. If Mr T wants to put his own balls money on the line to make the project actually happen I'm willing to pay him good money to do so. We could pay expensive consultants to do it, but they just collect their fee and leave irrespective of the outcome. Mr T can't leave without loosing his money.

Then there is the matter of the railway - the proposed funding for that also gives majority ownership to the financier. Perhaps Mr T can find a better finance solution for that as well?
