I suspect not too many people understand the deal between DYL and TOE.

For TOE the deal is like a call option the value of which will depend largely on the u3o8 price. Key thing here is, at what price can a shallow low grade deposit be developed? And how big does it need to be to fly? John Borshoff worked on this deposit back in the old days and previous explorers always thought there was the possiblity of a heap leach operation - obviously tough if u3o8<$20/lb but north of $60/lb? Maybe. If u3o8 heads further north, say $90/lb? Probably.

By the way, TOE can acquire with cash OR scrip.

And of course there is always the option that it doesnt fly economically and TOE walk. Unlikely as they would apporach DYL and renegotiate the deal until SOMETHING went through. DYL would not want to re-inherit something proven to be uneconomic...
