Not writing them off stricker, they have the foundations for a nicee little company in the future if they tick all the boxes.

Personally it was the way they structured the deal(massively in favour of themselves rather than current holders) that I had the biggest problem with. If they can get this off the ground then there is very limited if any downside left.

Good luck to holders - probably no point selling now, may as well hold it.
