    CommQuest Limited Experiencing Phenomenal International
Expansion in Digital Sectors as Company Maintains its
    ‘Fastest Growing’ Status
CommQuest Limited is a fully integrated marketing and digital communications group with
a market leading position in the booming mobile and digital sectors. CommQuest provides
a wide variety of marketing and communication options for its diverse and impressive
portfolio of clients such as Telstra, News Limited, NEC, Ford, Medibank and ANZ.
CommQuest marketing options provide access to all aspects of communication tools with
services including strategic marketing, direct marketing, direct sales, public relations and
public affairs, financial communications, digital and interactive marketing, mobile
marketing, technology services, event management, advertising and media planning.
The Company prides itself on its market position, owning the largest digital group in
Australasia, while providing clients with superior services by operating collaboratively
    between clients rather than competitively.
Over recent months, CommQuest has recorded excellent expansion with strong
acquisitions and growth. In December 2007 the Company acquired 100% of Next Digital
Group Pty Ltd, Australia’s largest independent, full service digital marketing and services
company for $20 million, just one week after CommQuest acquired Channel Financial
Communication Pty Ltd which is Australia leading Financial Communications company.
Furthermore, on the 12th February 2008 CommQuest announced that its portfolio
company, Impulse Business Solutions had expanded into the United Kingdom, providing
access to a market of 60 million potential customers. This being a 300 per cent increase
over markets in Australia and New Zealand. Already that market has been more successful
than Australia and New Zealand combined.
These acquisitions have been followed up by CommQuest recently acquiring MobiData
    Holdings and Austral Media Group.
Mr. William Scott, CEO of CommQuest, told the Australian Investor of the strong results
CommQuest is delivering for its clients and its expansions plans for the company.
“CommQuests acquisitions of MobiData and Austral Media are further examples of
CommQuests leading position within the booming IT, communications and marketing
    industries.’
The acquisition of MobiData provides CommQuest with access to MobiData’s unique multiplatform
application system, allowing for the delivery of global mobile applications and ‘rich
    content’ services via SMS across its client base and throughout our existing business;
    Impulse Business Solutions.
“The MobiData acquisition is about adding even more services to CommQuetss repertoire
and its client base, with MobiData having over 1 million users already whereas Austral
Media cater for a niche direct market with a specialised publication business in the charity
    sector.”
“CommQuest is experiencing a great deal of growth, both organically and through strategic
acquisitions. Our focus is presently on development through our cross marketing divisions.
“However, our long term goal is to maintain our rapid growth that we have experienced
over the last 8 years through SMART, which is the largest individual company within the
CommQuest group. Commquest is one of the fastest growing companies in Australia
through a combination of organic growth, acquisitions, cross selling to clients and
expanding our own brands.” Mr. Scott told the Australian Investor.
“Furthermore, we are not just reliant on our clients as we have our own Intellectual
Property and IT, creating a strong foundation for growth unrelated to our clients. We not
only understand how to grow our clients business but also lead by example with our own
products and services that are market leading”
“After recently expanding our Impulse business into the UK with phenomenal success,
CommQuest now plans to launch Impulse into Ireland and Canada with further expansion
plans for New Zealand and Singapore.”
CommQuest success can be attributed to several key factors, but essentially it is the
unique combination and integration of services. CommQuest is the only company to offer a
fully integrated collaborative service with such a vast range from anything from door
knocking and advertising all the way through to sms broadcasting and interactive Digital
    services.
“This is what separates CommQuest and separates us from some of the other marketing
groups, both operationally and financially,” Mr Scott concluded
