Anyone trying to put a negative slant on this cap raising is ignoring the fact that the company will have significantly more than enough capital to get them to the $100m in ARR by June 2021, so without another acquisition this should be the last cap raising for at least 2 years. $100m in ARR should yield a market cap of at least $1b, ie over $1.20 per share allowing for the dilution of the current cap raising.
