Thanks for posting. It also states the listing rules are not law and that they cannot fine the entity. Either suspend or terminate, and that terminating is not taken lightly due to the consequences for investors. That being said GMV is probably in a good position to stall until a positive announcement now. I hope anyway, anything else will be bad.
