hi Beancounter... thanks for the reply.. just for my clarification as i am not up to speed on this side of ASX rules... so if an ASX listed company starts up another wholly owned subsidiary then ASX rules don't apply to that subsidiary ? why i question this is that if they are raising funds or launching products that in my opinioin is material to OBJ and would require a company ann's. If indeed they can function completely independently of OBJ and not have report where funding is coming from etc then so be it...
