Funny how the self-proclaimed cool kids in the class are now turning on the swotty kids. Anyone with a calendar who noticed deadlines whooshing past was a nerd. Anyone who complained to ASX was a narc. We are Chicken Littles, we are scare-mongers, we should just chill. When I imagine the faces of the cool kids, to be honest, what I see is the vacant, gullible eyes of Ralph Wiggum.
Pointing out that the fire alarm is ringing, is not scare-mongering. Pointing out a pattern that deadlines keep getting missed, is not scare-mongering. Noticing that ASX has used pretty much their biggest weapon -- suspension (because they're reluctant to delist a company, for fear of punishing shareholders) -- is not scare-mongering.
And does it matter anyway if these facts make you feel downbeat about your holdings? You can't trade anyway! The company is in suspension! Not voluntary suspension, either! They are off the field because they are breaking the rules of the market -- they refuse to answer questions from the regulator! This is a red card. Don't try to rose-tint it.
If the sky has fallen, it's not because of the people noticing it. This company did nothing when the share price dropped below 20c -- their Nasdaq floor, which they couldn't achieve, but wouldn't tell us, til one month *after* the Nasdaq deadline. The company did nothing when it dropped below 10c. We've seen 8c. You tell me where the sky is right now. Personally, the sky is bruising my shins.
But I didn't put the sky there. I didn't sell at 18c, nor have I sold at 8c. But many shareholders did. And rich insiders, with finger on company pulse, certainly did not drive thru the Costco window in a truck to hoover up the "$1 by Xmas" 15-bagger. What does that tell you?
We have no choice but to wait. Because the suspension is ASX-driven, we don't even have a date to look forward to. But don't blame the weather forecasters for the temperature.
I would say DYOR: but I notice that posters who say DYOR get really annoyed with shareholders who *actually* do their own research.
I wish everyone good luck. For that matter, I wish us a miracle. Everyone here is an LTH, holding the bag big-time. Otherwise -- be honest -- you wouldn't even be looking at this company.
    Fingers crossed for us all.
