CoalKing, yes late August early September is the conservative estimate given by IK. I would definitely want to be holding next month just in case, also with the current solid support and little downside, IMO now is the time to buy as close to 20c as you can. However it is become increasingly difficult to pick up a decent holding at these levels because it is so tightly held, buyers will eventually have to pay above 30c where the SP should really be IMO.
