It is clear that the Russian doesn't want to upset the Chinese and no contest.
The Russian still wants to eneter the iron ore sector and has approval to do a TO of CFE.
My view is that the Rudd government is rtying to erpvent such things happening so the must strike while they have approval.
Next application will be rejected I feel.
I expect it to happen soon!!!
