I can't say that still waiting for the sign-off is a good look for the local Government to encourage investment in their local economy. While I believe there is no problem some shareholders are sure to have sold out as they have run out of time and need funds for other ventures. When does a tolerable delay become an intolerable delay?
Usually when I criticise companies there's an announcement soon after. I hope tomorrow is better than the last few weeks, seems its the norm in this end of town.
