Congratulation !
I can afford to live in a share accomodation and share all the bills.
I still need to study to find maybe once in the lifetime an decent Job.
I'am not able to enter the housingmarket and the investet money in shares does not look good at all.
The worst scenario will be if it all lost.
But on this planet you find always an better place and better value for your money and much better entertaiment facilities than in Australia.
