Mozart, there is a role as a cut-throat corporate advisor out there for you somewhere - that plan is so sharp & cunning, you could shave with it! The only problem is the corporations law and its fraud on minority shareholer provisions, I would think. Get a couple a legal dogs to sniff out WR & run it by him perhaps?

But don't distract him too much - he should be far too busy finalizing rail& offtake agreements; and too busy pretending he's on an O/S trip when Hunter Hall and other disgruntled $2.50 placement buyers call and threaten to set some of the homeboys onto him!
