I think my recent posts refer to 'over promising and under delivering' by the management. You don't see say Westpac promise a dividend then just forget to pay it. If they reduce a dividend or decide not to pay for a period, there is an explanation, not so for the OVH Board.
Until the cash is in the bank from the Trustee sale, I am not sure that some believe the money will be received without some further prevarication and action. Also we need to see material / significant increases in 'new business' generating revenue / profits for the markets to be convinced that the current management can deliver. If het new business is as good as described, then most of the new revenues should drop through to the bottom line.
