If you were such an expert in mortgage broking after doing the course, wouldn't you at least know how to spell it correctly, instead of spelling it incorrectly(with two different incorrect spellings) twice in your latest reply?
The best time to use debt is when more value has emerged in a bear-ish market, instead of in a bull market when PE's are very inflated. If you are one to use leverage, now is a much better time to dip ones toes in, rather than a year ago. Lot's of value around.
