As for the "Major NZ based concentrate end user" I can only think of 1 OGC, unless Michael Hill uses concentrate but i doubt it. Also of interest there a post on NZ Sharetrader about a person at AGM with "significant European interests. He was extremely down beat about the World's financial markets and was of the opinion that 2020 will see another contagion starting in Europe with some of their leading banks. The upshot of that is they are looking to exposure to both physical gold and miners in stable jurisdictions. In particular, our little gem is on their radar. Where that goes will be interesting in itself, but they won't be the only ones. Scary times globally but perhaps fortuitous for NTL." Read into that what you will, interesting none the less.

Oceania (OGC, 2.3 billion AUD MC) runs the Martha Mine in Waihi township. They're not a small company, and may be interested. But lets not forget that NTL bought Rahu back off of Newcrest Mining Limited (NCM, 27.7 billion AUD MC). There's more than one player around in that area. NCM is over 10 times the market cap of OGC, and already has cash trading relationships with NTL.https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20170922/pdf/43mjrjwg9kpsxr.pdf
