dgr throwing another million, pending a review, sounds sketchy to me. sounds like they floated that to avoid a liquidity question from the asx at the quarterly... but dgr arent obliged to actually provide the cash.... i reckon they'll be shopping the projects around as we speak and they'll sell it for a few mill and dgr will take the lot as a debtor through the shares for "services" deal. old bait and switch, then roll into the new float under care and maintenance until the prices recover..... its what I'd do.
