Your post was light on details why you really purchased ANZ, but whether you purchased 5000 or 500 will make little difference because I think you are still going to lose money, even if it is a tenth of what you would have lost in purchasing 5000. Financials still have many issues to deal with & every week a new financial reveals new problems. It is a while off before financials represent good value.
