You think that is how an august, impartial regulatory authority of a very important cog in the economic engine of an economy operates?
On the basis that borders on the carrying out of vendettas against individuals that some key people at APRA simply don't like?
You don't think that an austere institution such as APRA will have checks and balances in place the maintain standards of governance somewhat higher than "it doesn't matter if we don't think we have a good legal case, as long as the commencement of legal proceedings gets them all stood down"?
And what does APRA then do when some, or all of these, guys get re-instated?
Or, possibly, sue APRA for professional defamation?
