It's been a while since I poked my head into the BLK forum but not a lot has changed.
@GravityWaves still pointing to the blinding obvious and
@Hiddenvalue defending the indefensible.
If I were reading the tea leaves...
1. In the absence of any cash, I suspect BLK's qrtly cash flow statement will be shouting "I am insolvent"
2. MACA has an awkward position to defend
3. Lind probably have capital back out one way or another and so it's just about screwing out a return from anybody standing still … including MACA. Will be fun to watch
4. So long as both Lind and MACA are in BLK, the underlying project will go nowhere. On this front, nothing has changed in the last 12 - 18 months IMO. There involvement almost dictates how this project will ever be progressed, IMO
What has changed though is @ Chris's position … his proposal re class action is not without merit. Of course it will be Herculean effort to motivate ASIC, ASX and anybody else complicit in allowing BLK to continue along it's trajectory.
Anyway, I will crawl back into my shell because I am not a holder and so not entitled to trash BLK. FWIW though, I wouldn't touch the capital raising if my life depended on it or even if I was spending
@Hiddenvalues money.
