I'm watching the footy at friends so I can't respond thoroughly. You know there are search engines that you could probably find ? We should be doing a WW2 style mobilisation. The UK armaments spend was 3% of GDP pre war and 50% GDP in year one or two. A similar shift of resources would make the transition achievable even quicker
