Investing in ATC right now is an absolute no brainer!

No way will ATC have to deal with the same funding crap they have had to deal with for the Malaysian plant.
- Costs for ATC will be a maximum 51% thanks to the AAM deal
- Subsidies will be granted by the German government
- The likely hood of a near term SPP, the $13M still to come from SMS, $100M from AAM and $90M from Mac bank once they pull their finger out means we will be awash with ca$h and planning/construction of a plant in Europe may occur before Johar is producing
- Carbon copy plant for Germany means less cost and quicker build time.....same contractors
- Due to the tax status in Malaysia we should be seeing a free cash flow of around $40M/year from that plant
- Companies like Volkswagen could well throw money at the project to ensure security of supply.....off take secured prior to project start = good
- Locally sourced kaolin would further reduce costs as per @sir_kriso post
- German auto manufacturers have now publicly stated that they will cease manufacturing cars with internal combustion engines
