Fisher and rock.....Just a question, in order to maintain a relationship between shareholders and board members
that is workable is there room on the board for another director (Fillmore)?
I suppose BDI constituition will need to be looked at and there will be the additional expense of another directors
fees, but I'm sure if it means a future looking company restructure it may well be worth considering....
