However, once you can make sense of all the white noise, then you should be able to come to a decision whether to hold or sell!
I am going to use ABC as an example. Any resemblance to the truth is white noise. Lol.
The comical makeup of what has transpired over the last 8 weeks or so, is a wake up call to all "Long Term" investors. Learn about the market cap of any stock by understanding that the future price of ABC "Must" represent the companies future earnings at a given point in time.
If you are buying in on ABC on extreme "Hype" you will get bitten by the market. As they say, once bitten, twice shy.
Remove your emotive response on buying ABC, when the history of ABC is less than $10 million per annum in its revenue history - period! Go back in ABC recorded reports shows the only revenue has been miniscule at best over the last few years. This ABC company in 8 or so weeks reached a market cap above $1.79 billion dollars.
No wonder the market at large went on a selling spree. Lock in all those wonderful "Profits" Bang Bang Baby! No worries, No probs, just the sharks at feeding time, who understand feeding time has arrived in spades.
The funny thing is, the sharks are back hypothetically speaking, telling all you guys holding huge losses, its ok! We are with you buddy. Mate, we are your buddy, as you have just made us bloody rich! No kidding. The power of money hey?
