And that is the really sad part! The Chinese go on doing whatever they want to do but say "hey, you guys want windmills? You guys want solar panels? Guess what, we can give you as much as you like to help you save the planet. But we will carry on as before and, in fact, increase our emissions"!
Anyone really thinks the Chinese actually believe in AGW? Let us assume for a fleeting moment they do - so why are they spending billions upon billions building defence capability on nothing more than "atolls"?
