3 times oversubscribed by the Sophs, the Instos, the PEGs, the BEOT, the Vultures. Wow, they must see value investing in what will soon be the largest hard rock source of LCE in the civilised world (when the next resource upgrade comes out).

If a Capital Raise is so easy, why didn't A40 just click their fingers and be swamped in the rush to subscribe?

Bond holders abandoned them, just as they are with Nemaska now. The PLS raise must be encouraging news for our neighbours. Still ...

I think we all expect the retailers SPP to be massively oversubscribed too. However the way it was framed, it seemed to be trying to help out small holders the most. So I'm expecting/hoping management show further favouritism by accepting some oversubscription.
