Completely wrong Atom, crs in penny dreadful is normally done to allow the company to continue. To think that a cr helps or aids shareholder value again is wrong unless the company actually uses funds to progress a service or product, SUDA have done a number of crs without doing neither.

You are correct most of us should have bailed a long time ago, but now its to late in most cases so we are left with very unhappy shareholders. The only thing is that there have been a few good stories in the pharma space but most of those are associated with a take over and shareholders may get out with a small win or a smaller loss. If Hopper does plan a t.o then his small take up of shares makes sense but if this is so he is not working in the best interest of shareholders
