In August the court dismissed Mann's defamation case against Ball due to Mann failing to provide the required data and documentation to the court and to boot he now has to pay Ball's costs. Mann still has the right to appeal the decision within 30 days which means Mann has until next week to appeal but if he does pull the appeal trigger he will need to supply the data and documentation that he failed to produce to the court up till now.

I suspect Mann will let it go and pay Ball's costs but we shall see soon enough.

Mann will never appeal his humiliating loss to Ball.

Better to hide your data and be thought a fraud than provide your data and have it proved beyond doubt.

Hopefully the Mark Steyn verdict will bankrupt him.
