    Anoir,

    Thanks for the update.

Call me a conspiracy theorist (I do!), but it sounds like stalling tactics to me.

I sent Kristine an e-mail yesterday and haven't yet received a response, so therefore feel I'm in a position to comment from a true 3rd-party perspective on this.

In our modern environment, physically not being in the office is no longer a reason for not being able to review information, especially when it is for the purposes of saying 'OK' or 'better not'. Ben being away does not preclude him from reviewing the release. Hopefully Robert Hunter is not so sick as to preclude him from reading a fax sent to him / looking at a PDF from an e-mail on a home computer (everyone has at least a PC at home, and I'd imagine all exec's would have a fax). If there is some illness factor of such extreme seriousness that he shouldn't look at anything of a work nature, then apologies in advance. If not ... heh, I've had a really bad chest-cold for the past month and still been coming in to work each day (keeping well away from everyone else mind you).

In terms of them being able to independently review it and get a consensus on any issues they would normally talk about face-to-face, that can generally be done with phones/mobile-phones/global roaming & e-mails.

Therefore (serious illness notwithstanding), is sounds a little fishy. If it is indeed delaying tactics, I can think of two reasons:-
    - the release contains some controversial item(s), which they really need to discuss in-depth before releasing it
    - they're waiting on the outcome of some major deal or sale which is just about to be finalised, so that they can include it in the release (which will have a major bearing on how the release is perceived) ... possibly even to do with cash-reserves / need for raising (hopefully not)

(p.s. I just received the same e-mail from Kristine at approx. 1:33pm ... ah well, she should have replied to mine first ... I'm posting this anyway!)

Just a few thoughts from a previously patient shareholder who is starting to get (in AngusMcFangleDang's words:) toeyer than a Roman sandal!

    Cheers.

p.s. time to go to sleep again Lemas

p.p.s. Lemas, re your chant ... I had thought a similar thing, although it was the childhood chant / song "Why are we waiting, it's getting aggravating" (... I'm not sure if you know it ... it doesn't look so good in print, but we used to sing it a lot as kids!)
