The stock valuation range is wide, correct, because of the inherent volatility of gold mining companies. I understand there is a difference between users of valuation reports - to look at the number and make decisions on that, or to look at the logic behind the thinking and build upon it for oneself. With mining stocks, the former methodology is what causes many to go broke because mining companies are usually one or two operational or legislative shocks to financial distress or coming to a screeching halt (check out the likes of uranium stocks including Paladin, and even RED before the Darlot mine purchase). Those who focus much on the numbers rather than the narrative can criticise me for all they want, they are not using my reports for its intended use.

I seek to achieve what the likes of Don Durrett, Tekoa da Silva did to me. They gave out their research for free, sure Don sold his books, but in 2013, these two people made me who I am now. I pay forward as I am a beneficiary. I am a freelance who do higher education teaching on the side, have a newborn baby to raise and my other time is devoted quite a lot to researching ASX gold-mining companies and looking at the events of the world unfold.

Thanks for your calm approach, your good sense and equanimity displayed here in full measure Brain. 'Pearls before the swine' is a phrase that somehow popped into my head. You mustn't be put off by the quite inappropriate, highly unbalanced and vexatious comments by 'missTRAGIC' and his sidekick 'Blunderbuss'.
