I really like Step 3 of this process.
I am far more confident in Bombora's capacity to do due diligence around the value of the TSI holding than I was in my own very limited capacity. The fact that Bombora and Regal will have looked closely at this aspect, and all others, and come up with $2m to invest is very reassuring.


Nice to see no further selling at this point and the BIDs at 1.0c building.
