The CMR Board lacks technical expertise. It is overweight in lawyers and accountants as follows:
Chairman G.Toll. Mining Engineer and Investment Manager (his own) Lives in UK and other parts of the world concentrating his attentions on private business.
CEO Dick Swann. Mining Engineer with lack lustre management history. Has firm ideas about playing cards close to his chest. No intention of using Public relations professionals. No intention of overseas listings. This is the one man band boss who calls all the shots and IMO the source of our problems remembering that he has no other engineers on the board and he would be very busy now trying to start up a new plant.
Thomas Girgensohn - Finance and Strategy Newcomer.
Phil Wood Lawyer and banking Newcomer with plenty to say.
Secretary Niel Guest Accountant and Finance Non Technical newcomer who answers all emails while giving nothing away. (Probably under instructions)
With such an organisation what can you expect ?
The ONLY way they can effectively manage this start up is to use outside consultants - and I am assuming this must be the case. But then they (Swann) never lets on.
As an experienced engineer in this sort of situation I am appalled. Westmoon
PS with the current market sentiment it is unlikely a good resources upgrade will have much effect on the SP.
