I am only guessing here but these guys will probly need a private or independent valuation for the bauxite tenaments to be finalized.
Until then they will want the sp kept low.
This is why we are seeing them give nothing but the basics when they give an announcement.

Like I say Im only guessing here.

When the time is right AB and the crew will pump the price to a more suitable level.
