I am a frustrated shareholder however in my experience EGM's only create further negativity regarding the stock. If shareholders are calling an EGM it sends out a very bad message to the market and does not help shareholders relationship with management.
Don't get me wrong I am on your side as a shareholder, however I would wait another month or two before some of the synergies of the merge may be realised before extraordinary action like this.
EGM's are often read as an indiciation that things are going very badly...Good luck though.
