Personally I don't think the banks really want to stop financing PNC it's a sound cash generating business, they just want a change of management .
A sale would facilitate that & if it was to a non listed entity they could continue with the debt facility out of the public eye. It would also give KC a graceful exit as opposed to forcing him to resign from a listed company.
The question is at any stage have the lenders said we will continue to fund ASX listed PNC if you Keith John resign as CEO?
