I think for many it gets very tiresome to week on week to see trends broken by massively low-ball placements to many times non-holders to then see the SP capped for some time till mainly retailers soak up placement shares ..

ROG's placement price discount 60% would likely never had happen had the shares been tidied up through 10:1 consolation pre CR ... then trading @ 4-5c one surely could have seen a 20-30% discount deal to raise the same amount .. really don't know why S/H couldn't have been approached with an offer off upwards 30k worth of shares per holders for 1mill raise .

. these fresh capital firms of pros+sohps must approach the companies with the offer of Cash ASAP if they bend to price offered.

Has anyone talked with ROG Mgmt ... I've had like several of my investment go down the placement road of late some at very small discounts like BSX 11.8% discount (I've actually just got a few shares on market at the same 15c placement price)

Overall I'm not about to dump my holdings(As the future looks very BULLISH) ...just don't
understand A.K ?? ROG not exactly in a position of weakness on STO deal ... maybe his mates made up the bulk of the placement cheapies
