Looks like I am a stand out here. I don't think there is any benefit for us retail investors just unnecessary expense. Stocks with higher share prices still trade, just in smaller quantities.

I am also not sold on the $5.5m placement either, if high profile investors realy wanted in they would have paid a premium or at least an escrow period. They would never have secured that sort of volume without the SP skyrocketing.
As a result we have been diluted to approximately nine tenths of our original holding and not that it has been stated but I would suggest the $5.5m is about $5m after expenses.

I know that the hairs are starting to stand up on the backs of a few neck with this kind of talk but let me tell you I have been in this stock since the EZI days. And the two Mark's did a great job keeping the company afloat with the reinventions. MF has continued to do a good job since MH's sad demise.
Especially with Spacetalk it's great and I love the idea and happy to hold and see just were it goes but I do have concerns that the company maybe growing at a pace beyond MF's capabilities and he maybe seeking advise that is not necessarily beneficial to all shareholders. Whilst I also like the growth, too quick too fast often fails. Despite the comments of some on this forum the likes of Apple & Garmin etc could have a far superior product up and running in no time at all and do it out of petty cash.

Fingers crossed none of my concerns have any merit and the SP does infect Skyrocket.
