It's also why I think lithium stock are a bubble everyone expects massive demand for batteries but won't really need that much... Also can't remember the specifics but there's a chart per kw of battery vs cost think they achieved like 150$ per kwh but goal is under 100$ even with gigs factories they can't seem to hit it .. with 10x the cost for synthetic guess how they could.... use natural...
on another note batteries imo batteries won't be around for too long anyhow... graphene supercapacitors will be instant charge and use a lot of graphite .. so in the long run graphite has a big role to play.. irrespective of all the trends if we cant get funding to build a mine all the applications and demand won't mean sh!#.
