Very well said bargiee, IMO these meetings were hastily called to gather as much information as possible on what it will take to get anywhere near a "YES" vote.
It was very clearly spelt out at these meetings that what they have put up has absolutely no chance of getting through. Hence it will be very interesting to see what is put up at the next round of meetings, that will prove whether they have been listening or not.
Time is very much of the essence for BBIG but not for us! The major factor for minority shareholders is that the right and fair water tight deal is on the table before we entertain the thought of voting "YES".
