Where would you be now, Atomou had the British not settled this land? How different could your circumstances be? Your ancestors could have settled in a village in the Middle East and your ten year old son could have been shot in the forehead whilst protesting against apartheid.
Australia was invaded, settled and the aboriginals have been subjected to the same fate as a myriad of lands and peoples on the planet.
You enjoy your life here and carry on the traditions, to an extent, of your forefathers.
